Job Posting: Data Entry Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish Required)About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist who is bilingual in Spanish and English to support our customer service team with essential administrative tasks. This role involves managing communications and accurately entering customer information into our systems. Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the customer service team.

Organize and manage team emails and chat communications.

Accurately input customer data, including dates and addresses, into internal systems.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to support diverse customer needs.

Essential Skills

Strong proficiency in data entry.

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in administrative or customer support roles.

Ability to adapt to and contribute to a positive company culture.

Professional demeanor and willingness to represent the company positively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
