$17.00 per hour

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Assisting customers through incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text communications, ensuring high-quality support and problem resolution.

Managing a high volume of communications, averaging 40-60 incoming calls and 10-20 outgoing calls daily.

Conducting data entry and frame ordering while following through on customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and retention.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have excellent communication skills, basic phone skills, and basic data entry experience.

Possess a friendly personality, are organized, and can effectively deescalate tense situations.

Are able to handle a fast-paced environment with a commitment to resolving customer issues on the first contact.
