Warehouse Manager (OJT)

We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise the receipt, unloading, labeling, and shipping of products in our warehouse. We are a family owned company and you will be working with the owner directly. Our facility is clean, climate controlled, and quiet. The hours will be 8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday with a half hour for lunch. This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent schedule.

For someone who just wants to do their job in peace and quiet, this is the place. We are looking for someone who wants to work with the same company for the long-term. We try to treat everyone like family. You will have a warm, quiet plave to work each day, in a nice location.

For clarity, this role will be managing the warehouse only. You will not have to manage any employees, answer phone or even manage a computer system. All those tasks will be handled by the owner directly.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

-Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and packing operations

-Unloading and loading trucks with equipment.

-Checking inbound inventory against packslips

-Pick, pack and shipping product vis UPS and Freight

-Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the warehouse for efficient operations.

Warehouse Manager Requirements:

-Attention to detail is a must. You do not have to work super fast, but you must be accurate.

-Warehouse experience

-Valid Driver's License and Transportation

-Work ethic

-A good attitude and the ability to work both alone and with the owner directly.

-Stand/walk for the duration of the shift

-Ability to carry, lift up to 50 lbs.

-Experience with forklifts and tractors is preferred, but not required.
