As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play an important role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This position requires a valid driver's license in the state where you work, as you may be required to operate a vehicle during your patrols. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with controlling access to the location and interact with visitors, contractors, and/or employees as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license in the state where the job is located is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
