Full time Contract Title or Role: Professional Administrative Specialists Compensation: $15 hourly, commensurate with experience Location: Cupey, Puerto Rico 100 % Onsite Length of Contract: 1 year Company Description: Our Client is responsible for protecting, conserving, developing, and managing the natural and environmental resources of the Island. Its mission is to ensure the sustainable use of these resources for present and future generations and to promote a healthy environment. Position Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Professional Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client Team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting staff. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for Client staff.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) and records.

Manage documents (digitalize, scan) and inventory.

Support billing processes.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Certifications:

High school diploma required, Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
