Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 an hour based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday - Morning Shift (Typically a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm)

Job Description:
As the Facilities Manager at Four Seasons Environmental, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of building maintenance, ensuring all systems (including HVAC) are running efficiently and safely. Your role will involve managing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating repair and preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily facilities maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep.
Perform regular inspections of HVAC systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly, and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
Manage and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot HVAC systems, address issues, and coordinate repairs when needed.
Oversee vendor and contractor activities related to facilities and HVAC services.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, particularly those related to HVAC and building safety.
Prepare and manage facilities maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
Handle emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role with a strong focus on HVAC systems.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical systems of facilities between 10,000 - 200,000 sq. ft..
Certification or licensure in HVAC (e.g., EPA Section 608, NATE certification) preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to address complex facility-related issues quickly and effectively.
Experience managing teams and overseeing contractors/vendors.
Solid understanding of building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to facilities management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment.
