Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for an IT Desktop Support for their Corning, NY location. Responsiblities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming service requests/incidents related to computer systems, software, hardware and infrastructure both in-person and remotely from a manufacturing facility.

Requirements:

Associates Degree (preferred), HS Diploma or GED Minimum Required

1+ year Hardware Experience (beyond imaging/deployment)

1+ year Customer Service / In-Person Support Experience

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA IT Fundamentals

CompTIA A

CompTIA Cloud
CompTIA Mobility
CompTIA Network
CompTIA Server
