Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Accounting Assistant in Mettawa, IL!

Pay rate: $ 21.12/hr

Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 8a - 4p (hybrid)

Our ideal candidate for this Accounting Assistant must have/must be able to:

Processing new membership agreements, hold requests & other billing related member requests

Preparation of KPI trackers

Working closely with Sales team and Member Experience team to ensure excellent member experience

Working with AR team to solve for any invoicing issues

Education/Certification Requirements:

Associates degree in Finance/Accounting

Experience requirements for this Accounting Assistant:

1+ years of general accounting/transaction processing

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Detail-oriented

AP/AR experience a plus

Salesforce experience a plus

Pay Details: $21.12 per hour
