Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Service Administrator - III for their Clairmont, AB location. Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Computer proficiency (Excel, Adobe, etc.)

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Mechanical aptitude is an asset

Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email

Coordinate service scheduling and manage incoming requests

Handle interruptions and multitask effectively

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Support service writers and technicians as needed

High School diploma or Business Administration diploma

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred

Experience with service writing is an asset
