Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and biotechnology industry, is seeking an Associate Scientist I to join their team. As an Associate Scientist I, you will be part of the Reagent Manufacturing Department supporting laboratory testing and process development. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate Scientist I

Location: Abbott Park, IL

Pay Range: $28/hr on w2

What's the Job?

Support reagent manufacturing processes and product development

Conduct investigations on internal nonconformances and customer complaints related to reagents

Design experiments, develop testing schemes, and analyze data

Prepare protocols, reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams

Assist in process and test method validations while adhering to GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field

1-2 years of relevant laboratory or manufacturing experience

Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations is a plus

Familiarity with process and test method validations

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
