Work You'll Do

As a Project DeliveryAnalyst on the project, you will:

Be responsible for supporting a successful adoption of the new MS SUCCESS Integrated Eligibility system.

Be familiar with OCM processes, be able to comprehend organizational models, and have experience with executing change management strategies.

This individual will partner with Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) stakeholders to assess current and future state needs, identify change impacts, develop tailored communications, and support project readiness efforts.

The OCM Analyst plays a critical role in aligning business processes, building change champion networks, and fostering engagement to achieve project objectives and minimize disruption.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree

Adult Learning Methodology: Foundation, Data Analysis: Intermediate

Survey Development and Administration: Foundation

Communications, Training, and Awareness: Intermediate

Change Management: Intermediate

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Ability to be at client location 4-5 days/week
