Our client, a leading organization in the aerospace manufacturing sector, is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing support department, supporting technicians and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Pay Range: $38-$47/hr DOE plus benefits

What's the Job?

Support client's aftermarket shop by creating and revising repair instructions, tooling, and documentation.

Assist technicians in real-time during repair and overhaul processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Design, develop, and test mechanical components, equipment, and machinery relevant to aerospace repair.

Apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes and reduce repair times.

Support work scoping and process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, repair, or overhaul environments.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as NX, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including handling complex data tasks.

Preferred skills include VBA coding, experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets, SAP), Lean Six Sigma certification, or Agile methodologies.
