Shift Options 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay $16 per hour Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, and procedure manuals Basic math skills and use of measuring tools Basic problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime or varying shifts as needed Reliable attendance Ability to operate a pallet mover and pallet wrap holder Able to lift 50 pounds & stand for 8+ hours *1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Bindery Operator Helper Duties Assist in the production process by feeding books and signatures into machines, packing finished products, and safely moving materials. You'll follow daily work orders, help maintain quality standards, perform machine make-readies and changeovers efficiently, and keep the work area clean and safe.
