Summary:
Creates and executes the overall GHEOR plan for immunology asset with input from key stakeholders such as Clinical Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Statistics, Regulatory and other relevant stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Supports global health economic and outcomes research in immunology therapeutic area
Develop and execute innovative GHEOR plans including real world evidence generation, economic modeling, and patient-reported outcomes assessment
Identify opportunities and lead studies to differentiate and enhance value propositions of BMS assets
Direct efforts to support market access activities
Build relationships with key BMS groups to maximize opportunities
Qualifications:
Advanced degree (such as MS, MPH, Pharm D, MD or PhD) preferably in a quantitative discipline such as epidemiology, health economics or health services research
At least three of experiences conducting outcomes research, health economics research, health services research, health technology assessment or conducting epidemiologic studies
Demonstrated strong scientific capabilities in conducting real world studies, economic modeling, and patient-reported outcomes assessment
Proven ability of distilling the essential elements of complex issues for stakeholders
Demonstrated successful experience operating in a highly matrixed organization

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $180,830 - $219,122
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy @type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture.
