What You'll Do:

Accounts Receivable

Third party payment reconciliation and application

Income Audit

Collaborate intra-departmentally to ensure all accounts are clear (Transient, Group, Membership)

Balance internal Gift Cards and Certificates

Assist in the preparation ofdaily and weeklyfinancial reports

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations

Facilitate guest and vendor requests through methods of phone calls or email as needed

Perform Tax Exemption reconciliation and process improvement to ensure compliance

Data entry and filing as needed

Accounts Payable

Process invoices, verify their accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors

General Cashier function and duties as required by SOP

Month end closing tasks as assigned by Assistant Director of Finance

Support Purchasing, Finance and Information Technology functions as needed

Other duties as assigned by Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance

Qualifications:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Proficient knowledge of computer applications

Previous Accounting experience
