Responsibilities You will serve as technical liaison between PMRF, Fleet commands, event sponsor, Commander, Joint Region Marianas and other agencies or commands that may be involved in the conduct and planning of scheduled Fleet training events and exercises. You will establish a surveillance schedule, coordinating with the Government Property Administrator (GPA), and conducts complete surveys, analyzing and testing, in detail and control practices of the contractor's property control system. You will review contractor inputs into, and reports from, the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and Regional Inventory Tracking Application (RITA) program Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: interpreting and applying contractual and regulatory requirements relative to the control and management of government property; and monitoring data in automated systems (e.g., Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Regional Inventory Tracking Application (RITA)) to monitor property transactions (e.g., acquiring, receiving, recording, storing, moving, consuming, using, maintaining, taking inventories, disposing) to ensure satisfactory and efficient property administration. For the GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
