Getty Images (US), Inc. seeks a Senior Data Scientist in New York, NYCollaborate cross-functionally with business units to identify new opportunities for growth and establish success metrics for the Sales, Service, and E-commerce teams. Support these teams in effectively tracking and optimizing performance against these metrics. Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Product by overseeing the analysis and visualization of both large and small datasets within Getty Images. Enhance decision-making processes by leveraging experimentation and causal inference techniques. Assist business units in creating robust measurement plans, providing guidance on experimentation best practices, identifying flaws in experimental methodologies and outcomes, and developing tools for comprehensive experiment analysis. Demonstrate the ability to lead initiatives spanning multiple product areas while effectively communicating insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Write high-quality, production-level code and engage with internal technology stack to build and maintain a scalable data ecosystem that addresses complex data challenges. This includes managing the full lifecycle of machine learning models, such as data labeling, training, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Lead and mentor data scientists within the domain, setting a standard of excellence for the team's output and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Salary: $170,373/yr. - $202,000/yr. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $170,373 and $202,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Getty Images (US), Inc. sponsored benefit programs.Requirements:Requires a Doctoral degree in any field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Machine Engineer or related. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in any field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer or related. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Python; R; Machine Learning; Statistics; NLP; and AWS.
