As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, conditions, or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Assist with controlling access to the premises by verifying identification and/or credentials when necessary.
Work collaboratively with client personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns specific to the tech and telecommunications environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification and/or First Aid training is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
