Mika Meyers has an opening in its mailroom for an Administrative Services Personnel team member. This position performs a variety of administrative tasks under the guidance of the management team.

The primary job responsibilities include the following:

Sorting and delivering of incoming USPS mail

Delivering incoming faxes

Posting outgoing mail throughout the day

Copying and binding projects

Sending out UPS, Federal Express and other overnight packages

Stocking of all office supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the multiple supply rooms

Serving as a substitute and back up to the receptionist

Circulating publications to attorneys and paralegals

Driving errands to the courts, post office, etc. (mileage paid)

Other special projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Receptionists experience a must

Reliable transportation

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Able to multi-task and take good direction

Maintain a professional attitude and be a team player
