We are a team of forward-thinkers who value efficiency, trust, and collaboration. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Remote Executive Assistant to join our team and support our leadership.

What You'll Do

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage the details while keeping the big picture in mind. In this role, you will:

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings across multiple time zones

Join meetings to take notes and track follow-up items

Communicate on behalf of the executive with internal and external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with personal tasks and special projects as needed

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

Who You Are

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can work independently and stay one step ahead. You have:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication---both written and verbal

Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, etc.

Confidence in juggling priorities and working across time zones

A high level of discretion and trustworthiness

The ability to adapt quickly and think critically

A Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)

Bonus If You Have

Experience working remotely or with distributed teams

Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Trello

A background or interest in [industry-specific experience, if relevant]
