Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our sales team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys tackling administrative tasks to streamline operations. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with day-to-day operations.

Confirm sales orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Prepare and issue light quotes, with training provided as needed.

Compile and deliver reports to monitor sales performance and progress.

Requirements

Prior experience in sales support or administrative assistance.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to learn new systems and tools, with a willingness to adapt.
