About this Job
LSUHealth New Orleans Division of Auxiliary Enterprises (Book Store) is seeking motivated applicants for the position of Administrative Coordinator 2.
Core competencies include:

Focusing on Customers: The ability to serve the needs of those who support and/or rely on the services provided.
Following Policies and Procedures: The ability to comply with policies and procedures of the organization as well as State Civil Service rules, and all applicable federal and state laws.
Rate of pay is dependent upon applicant's qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Operate cash registers with the highest degree of accuracy and accountability on the internal point of sale system
Communicates regularly with supply vendors regarding the ordering of snack/drink items, in addition to front of store merchandise and student name tag orders
Monitor the status of all outstanding purchase orders
Answers customer questions related to merchandise items and assists customers in locating and-selecting-merchandise
Assists with set up and distribution of all student kits and cap and gowns

This is a Civil Service Position.

Minimum Qualifications
One year of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.
