Position: Finance Clerk I

As a Finance Clerk at High Point Federal Credit Union, you will be an integral part to supporting day-to-day financial operations. Your purpose:

Contact members to perform collection activities associated with negative balance accounts.

Work closely with management to resolve complex member account situations, following all established regulations and policies.

Promptly and professionally address requests, inquiries, and issues.

Accurately perform daily activities to support the Finance Department.

We are looking for:

Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Demonstrated experience in customer service.

Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and procedures preferred.

Associate's or equivalent with experience/education preferred.

Schedule / Location:

38 hrs-40 per week, Monday through Friday. Core hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm.

This is a hybrid position with a possibility of being remote 1 day per week, once familiar with job responsibilities and systems.

This position is located in Olean, NY.

The expected pay range for this position is $16.00-$19.00/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other @types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
