Working for our team, you can truly make a difference. The Administrator's responsibilities will be comprised of 60% HR related tasks. The administrator is the first point of contact for HR related questions and concerns. The administrator manages all administrative functions of the HR department. Why work at MCC: Compensation: $18.00-$24.00 hourly Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays Responsibilities: Support implementation of initiatives to address workplace environment, employee engagement or retention issues. Administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing and archiving job bags Assist in HR and production audits Assist department managers in planning and performing department engagement activities, such as celebration activities, recognition, ordering lunches, etc Monitor attendance patterns to ensure issues are addressed by the manager in a timely, consistent manner. Assist the manager in driving accountability among the workforces. Support department specific on-boarding and new employee orientation. Collect data and pull reports from HR tools, may key in/maintain data in system. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; supporting management on needed actions. Related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent. High level of emotional intelligence, discretion and confidentiality. Capable of working in a team environment and alone with a high sense of urgency. Possess skills to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite Exhibits a safety-first attitude in all that is done, from proper personal protection equipment compliance to keeping the work environment safe and hazard-free. Compliance with all workplace and safety standards required.
