Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist - SAP is required

Location: Nederland, TX

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (potential for overtime)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months (flexibility to extend)

Pay Rates (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP, particularly in navigating the system and generating reports. You will play a key role in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.

Responsibilities:

Process, verify, and reconcile invoices using SAP

Manage vendor communications and resolve payment issues

Prepare and run financial reports in SAP as required

Assist in end-of-month closing activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Support the accounting team with various tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proven accounts payable experience

SAP experience is required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills
