Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour and up DOE

Position Summary

A local golf cart company is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Small Engine Mechanic to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working on lawn mowers, ATVs, side-by-sides, generators, or other small engine equipment who is looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity.

Previous golf cart experience is not required. Candidates with strong small engine repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair small engine equipment

Perform routine maintenance and preventative service

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Replace and repair parts as needed

Perform inspections and identify repair recommendations

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Complete repairs safely and efficiently

Work independently and as part of a team

Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous small engine mechanic experience required

Experience with lawn mowers, ATVs, UTVs, generators, golf carts, or similar equipment preferred

Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues

Must have your own basic mechanic tools

Toolbox and socket sets required

Air tools are a plus

Reliable transportation required
