IT Technician (Epic Readiness)

Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in technology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices, ensuring smooth user data migration during hardware refresh projects.

Provide responsive and professional customer service by addressing support tickets, coordinating with internal teams, and following direction from project managers.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and basic networking, escalating when necessary.

Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and contribute to internal knowledge resources.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications:

CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent hardware experience preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and know when to seek assistance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction.

Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and common business applications.

Eagerness to learn and grow within an IT support environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
