Job Title: Administrative Specialist Job Description

The Administrative Specialist role is critical to the operational rhythm of the team. You will manage logistics for team events for leaders and their teams, ensuring smooth operations. You will interact with external customers who contact the teams for support or with complaints, and you will be responsible for finding the correct team member to address their concerns. Additionally, you may be required to handle data-entry for key operations.

Responsibilities

Manage logistics for team events for leaders and their teams.

Ensure smooth operations and handle external customer interactions.

Direct customers to the appropriate team member for support or to address complaints.

Perform data entry for key operations with an emphasis on accuracy.

Support multiple leaders and large teams with administrative tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience in administrative support for various teams and departments.

Data entry experience with an emphasis on accuracy.

Proficiency in project coordination and administrative assistance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to work with evolving responsibilities and shifting priorities.

Ability to collaborate across different teams.

Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in contract management, compliance, audit, document control, and inventory systems.

Familiarity with vendor communication and maintenance.

Proactive in identifying opportunities to support team success.

Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Work Environment

You will work onsite in Bothell, WA, with no work-from-home opportunity. Interaction with other groups will primarily be through written communication rather than calls or meetings. While unlikely, you could be asked to visit a local office for document review of sensitive information. This is a part-time opportunity for 3 days a week, with the possibility of becoming a full-time opportunity.

This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
