We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join one of the largest companies in the nation! The chosen candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the rhythm of the business, enabling our sales teams with the tools and knowledge needed to drive revenue across various regions. Responsibilities

Process, track, and validate data changes using internal tools and processes.

Support offline data gathering, compilation, validation, and reconciliation.

Assist in troubleshooting questions/issues and supporting escalations.

Develop strong collaborative working relationships with Regional Sales teams, Global Operations, and other key partners.

Participate in process improvement and key planning initiatives.

Essential Skills

5-10 years of experience in data-related roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookup, tables, filters, and PivotTables.

Strong competency in other desktop applications such as Word and PowerPoint.

Analytical background with experience in helpdesk environments and stakeholder management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

BA/BS in a quantitative field such as finance, mathematics, economics, operations research, or business preferred.

Knowledge or experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL.

Familiarity with analytical and reporting processes in sales, service, or marketing.

Project and/or program management experience is valuable.

Ability to manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously across varying complexity and scale.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone, though this is not a requirement. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime expected. The candidate will need to provide their own equipment, such as a laptop, headset, and mouse.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr.
