Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client is looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to their team for a 6+ month contract role. This person will primarily support their Marketo campaigns, with additional responsibilities in social media, limited design, and digital asset management. This is a remote role working EST hours. Must have Marketo experience to be considered. Responsibilities: Marketo Responsibilities:

Building and editing campaigns

Editing emails

Turning off and archiving Spring 2025 campaigns to prevent issues as they transition to the new campaign season.

Cleaning up and organizing folders, automations, and outdated assets within the Marketo platform.

Social Media Support:

Writing captions and creating images for upcoming posts.

Scheduling social media content across channels.

Collaborating on brainstorming content and strategy for blogs and social engagement.

Pulling monthly reports to track and analyze social media activity.

Design Tasks:

Creating social media graphics using Canva or similar tools.

Designing email banners or visuals for landing pages as needed.

Additional Organizational Projects:

Reorganizing our Wistia video library folder structure.

Ensuring all videos are captioned and properly labeled.

MINIMUM SKILLS/EXPERIENCE + EDUCATION (MUST HAVES):

BA/BS

Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, including significant, relevant experience in marketing operations and automation, with proven expertise in launching and measuring automation campaigns across a variety of MarTech platforms

Prior experience managing multiple complex marketing programs from conception to launch, with strong program execution skills

Prior experience with social media support, managing multiple channels with writing captions, scheduling posts, and designing images; using data and reports to analyze social media activity

Solid analytical skills and process-focused mindset; detail-oriented, ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects; understands audience segmentation and outlines customer journeys; uses data to derive insights to help build a strategy that ultimately solves a business problem

Solid creative marketing skills; strong writing/copywriting skills, consistently demonstrates careful attention to detail, accuracy and quality; thinks outside the box and provides thoughtful and actionable solutions

Well-developed project management skills; autonomously and effectively executes multiple high priority projects of varying complexity; projects meet required schedules, budgets and deadlines

Well-developed communication skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; articulates and translates creative concepts into meaningful and actionable digital initiatives that meet market needs; effectively communicates and collaborates with all stakeholders
