Description

We are looking for a dynamic Market Leader to oversee and drive growth within the technical and building insulation sector. This role requires a strong focus on team leadership, client management, and market expansion while ensuring safety standards and operational excellence. Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, this position offers an opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to the company's strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategies.

Manage and mentor team members to achieve performance goals while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Collaborate with business development representatives and regional sales leaders to promote company products effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all operations.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Oversee data entry and account management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Represent the company at industry events and forums to strengthen market presence.

Monitor and report on segment performance, providing insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in data entry and account management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and team management.

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop actionable strategies.

Experience collaborating across departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Ability to represent the company professionally at industry events and forums.
