Medical Receptionist - Join Our Team at AID Performance Physical Therapy

AID Performance Physical Therapy, LLC is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team and be the face of our growing practice. This role is more than just a job-it's an opportunity to be part of something exciting, with real potential for advancement as we continue to expand.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Guest Services

Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a professional, friendly first impression.

Answer and manage phone calls and emails.

Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple therapists.

Conduct follow-up calls to patients and physician offices.

Keep the office welcoming-maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and manage reception/kitchen areas.

Administrative Support

Handle mail, packages, and document distribution.

Collect patient co-pays, deductibles, and cancellation/no-show fees.

Maintain accurate records, scan/fax documents, and update files with prescriptions and care plans.

Manage office supplies and reorder as needed.

Support wellness protocols (daily forms, temperature checks, etc.).

What We're Looking For

Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.

Skills & Experience:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong multitasking skills (phones, scheduling, computer use, greeting clients).

Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills.

Basic accounting or QuickBooks experience a plus (must be comfortable balancing a checkbook and discussing payments with patients).

Professional, punctual, and reliable.

Courteous, patient, and empathetic.

Honest, motivated, and eager to learn.

Organized with strong attention to detail.
