As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity according to site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while maintaining a visible presence.
Document incidents and observations as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
Assist with emergency preparedness and response activities as directed by site management.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
Valid driver's license required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
