Front Range Staffing is seeking an Office Receptionist with 1--2 years' administrative experience.

Pay: $18.00hr.

Schedules: Full-time, on-site

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

One to two years of administrative experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal communication skills with an enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

Answering the telephone, responding to emails, sorting mail, and routing messages accordingly.

Composing and typing donation letters, memos, meeting minutes, comment reports, gift certificates, and other documents.

Updating calendars and scheduling appointments as requested.

Ordering, receiving, and maintaining office supplies.

Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, sending faxes, and collating.

Assisting with guest planning.
