Infrastructure Manager We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure
Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our
organization\'s IT infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, reliable,
and scalable to support business growth. In this high-impact role, you
will oversee multiple teams responsible for networking, servers,
storage, cloud, and cybersecurity systems while driving strategic
planning, budgeting, and infrastructure optimization. The ideal
candidate brings proven leadership in IT operations and infrastructure
management, balancing hands-on technical expertise with strategic
oversight to deliver enterprise-wide solutions. If you are passionate

you will do: Manage and mentor teams that design, implement, and
maintain IT/BT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and
data centers. Develop and manage budgets supporting IT/BT infrastructure
and maintenance. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate telecom network circuit provisioning and ongoing management.
Implement and manage security measures that protect IT/BT systems and
data. Oversee software and licensing management. Stay current with
industry developments and advancements across infrastructure
technologies. Continuously assess system performance and identify areas
for improvement. Lead IT infrastructure projects such as system
upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Develop, communicate, and
execute strategic IT/BT infrastructure plans aligned with business
