Location: Albertville, MN Wage: $18/hr Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday Friday Benefits of the warehouse / production technician: Competitive hourly wage Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company Comprehensive benefits package Positive and collaborative work environment Health, dental, vision and life insurance Short- and long-term disability 401K General purpose of the job: Perform a wide variety of operational tasks related to receiving, warehouse duties, manufacturing, and shipping of products while supporting the team wherever help is needed. Duties of the warehouse / production technician: Assist with both warehouse and production needs as directed Produce a quality product following procedures Perform quality inspections per lab procedures Identify and record any product issues Assist in training new employees Meet scheduled production requirements Maintain a safe and clean workspace Ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards Perform shipping/receiving tasks, including lifting and moving products Support the plant manager with other duties as needed Ability to read and comprehend instructions Requirements of the warehouse / production technician: High school diploma or GED.
