Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated production workers to join our team. The role involves deburring parts, preparing surfaces for paint, powder coating, grinding, sanding, and polishing metal components. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in hands-on manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Deburr metal parts to ensure smooth surfaces.

Prepare surfaces for paint and powder coating.

Perform powder coating operations.

Grind and sand metal components.

Polish metal surfaces to required specifications.

Assist with material handling and machine operations.

Essential Skills

Experience in general labor and manufacturing.

Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks.

Proficiency in deburring, powder coating, and painting.

Skillful in grinding, sanding, and polishing metal.

Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in carpentry and industrial manufacturing

Capability to handle concrete and paint preparation tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a non-climate-controlled fabrication shop.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
