The Opportunity
Collaborate with team members to develop proposals and client qualifications
Contribute to the creation of brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
Research and collect information for project pursuits, interviews, and client outreach
Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and speaking engagements
Maintain and update databases for conferences, events, and award submissions
Help with knowledge management including organizing project information and standard submission data
Update and maintain information our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date
Assist with integrating AI tools into marketing processes and data analysis
Coordinate meetings and distribute meeting notes
Work with fellow interns on a team case study project and present your findings??
Is this role right for you?
Required: ??
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher (open to all majors including marketing, engineering, business, architectural?studies, history, etc.)???
Good verbal and written communication skills???
Must have strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with an ability to work within a team environment and with staff of all levels???
Experience with the following computer applications: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role.?
Preferred:
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail???
Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of new tasks on a project-by-project basis???
Ability to work with minimum or no supervision and take ownership of work???
Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop an asset???
Experience with a CRM system an asset??????
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Artificial Intelligence, and Python an asset

Seattle Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Seattle, WA is $21.50 to $32.50 per hour. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Seattle, WA will differ.
