Requirements

Account Executive - This is where you come in.

We're looking for an Account Executive to grow our customer base by building relationships and securing new B2B clients in either the Tri-Cities area or Northeastern Oregon. In this role, you'll focus on selling Service Agreements for commercial buildings, showcasing the expertise and value of our technicians' top-tier Commercial HVAC Maintenance Services.

Coverage Area: Tri-Cities or Northeastern Oregon

Travel: Required

Marketing & Sales - promote and sell the Company's capabilities and benefits of being a full-service mechanical contractor

The Account Executive role reports to Kurt Gumerman, Inland NW Service Manager. The Account Executive will identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC service maintenance contracts by assessing customers' current cost of operations and then preparing and presenting customized sales proposals on how our services might reduce their costs. The Account Executive will also negotiate contract renewal increases or changes, form in-depth partnerships with customers to anticipate their needs, and promote and sell other services MacDonald-Miller offers if they would suit the customer's needs.

Benefits

Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 annually plus commissions and vehicle compensation

Our Tri-Cities office is located at 106010 E Wiser Pkwy, Suite B Kennewick WA 99338. The Tri-Cities are a haven for recreation - the Snake, Yakima, and Columbia Rivers converge here, which makes this a popular destination for water sports like sailing, paddle-boarding, waterskiing, swimming, fishing, and kayaking.
