Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

Document Management: Draft, proofread, and file important documents with a focus on accuracy.

Communication Coordination: Act as the point of contact for both internal team members and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Data Entry: Maintain databases and ensure all records are up to date.

Meeting Preparation: Schedule and organize meetings, including the preparation of agendas and meeting notes.

Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory and procure supplies as needed.

Special Projects: Support team initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required; experience with CRM systems or other office platforms is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to work independently and think critically to address challenges as they arise.
