Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering and checking in parts, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Order parts and supplies as needed

Receive and check in parts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Provide general administrative support to staff and management

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

Assist with other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role

Familiarity with inventory or parts management systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
