Outside Sales Representative

Canton, OH

Requirements
A valid driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring samples
Comfortable taking samples of flooring and carpet into customer's homes
The ability to attend in-person and virtual sales meetings/trainings
Evening and weekend availability is required
Achieve a monthly minimum of 2 self-generated sales
Ability to use electronic tablets, measuring devices, and sample boards in connection with sales presentations
Present professionally
Schedule | Provided upon Interview | Sunday - Thursday, Monday - Saturday | Evening and Weekends required
Salary | $50,000 - $70,000 (based on 100% commission) + commission bonus opportunities
Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and connect with customers to meet their in-home flooring needs. You'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission!
Outside Sales Representative Job Duties
Hot leads will be provided for flooring sales.
Establish contact with potential customers.
Perform product demonstrations.
Meet with customers in their homes and offer flooring products based on their needs.
Foster professional relationships with customers and potential customers.
