Position Summary:
Leaf Home Bath is seeking a Manager of Partner Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Bath vertical at Leaf Home. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, building and optimizing partner marketing programs, and delivering measurable growth through data-driven campaigns. The Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel and partner-focused initiatives-balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to maximize impact in a high-growth environment.

Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for Leaf Home Bath to achieve pipeline, revenue, and profitability goals.
Translate market research and performance insights into actionable strategies across digital, offline, and partner channels.
Own budget planning and allocation, ensuring efficient use of spend to maximize ROI.
Campaign Development & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns across paid media, direct mail, events, partnerships, and digital channels.
Partner with creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with customer needs and brand standards.
Test, measure, and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion, and overall performance.
Data-Driven Performance Management
Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs, including CPL, CPS, Set Rate, Issue Rate, and Net Marketing Cost.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM, and media dashboards to monitor performance and recommend adjustments.
Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional & Partner Leadership
Build and manage relationships with key affiliates, agencies, and strategic partners to expand lead generation opportunities.
Negotiate and optimize partner contracts and compensation structures to ensure profitable outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to align lead flow, coverage, and partner-sourced performance accountability.
Identify and onboard new marketing partners to diversify acquisition channels and strengthen brand presence in local markets.
Work with Product and Operations to ensure partner strategies reflect Leaf Home Bath's value proposition and service capabilities.
Team & Process Leadership
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Establish scalable processes for campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting.
Stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovative strategies and tools into the organization.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel and partner marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing ROI.
Proficiency with marketing technology and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM, affiliate tracking tools).
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in the home improvement or consumer services industry strongly preferred.

Travel Requirements:
Less than 10% domestic travel required.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).
