The Global Supplier Management Group (GSMG) and Global Workplace and Enterprise Services (GWES) are seeking candidates for our Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) program. Our team plays a critical role in innovating for a more hopeful future by collaborating with business partners, customers, and suppliers to deliver value, insights, and solutions. GSMG drives strategic supplier partnerships and procurement excellence to ensure the highest quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability across our global supply chain. Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program:
The ETR Program aims to develop a diverse, talented network of procurement and facilities professionals and future business leaders. As an ETR, you will have the opportunity to:
Gain Hands-on experience across key procurement areas such as Supplier Management, Direct Materials Procurement, Indirect Procurement, IT Procurement, Real Estate, Sustainability, and more.
Work with a diverse range of suppliers and product categories, building foundational skills in managing sourcing activities that impact global health outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across our company's worldwide operations, enhancing your communication and teamwork abilities.
Adapt to different challenges, developing flexibility and a proactive approach to learning within a dynamic, innovative organization.

Potential Rotational Areas:
Supplier Development & Performance Management: Working in a high-performing organization that leverages facts & data to drive supplier improvements through proactive and reactive problem solving
Direct Materials Procurement: Strategic Sourcing - support the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for Direct Materials categories, ensuring alignment with business and GSMG objectives.
GWES Real Estate: Support cross-functional teams in evaluating site feasibility for new developments or renovations.
Tech Procurement: Lead the development and documentation of a new strategy implementation. Utilize Sourcing tools to streamline procurement process and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate closely with regional leads in IT procurement to gather insights and examples. Enhance the effectiveness of the strategy while fostering a cohesive approach across regions.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership abilities, are analytical, inquisitive, perceptive, quick learners, and are committed to advancing our vision and mission.
Additional Competencies:
Adaptability to new roles, teams, and situations, with a willingness to rotate through different procurement and facility-related roles over the 3-year program.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Program Structure:
New hires will experience three rotations over three years in various business areas throughout GSMG & GWES, primarily in PA & NJ offices.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The salary range for this role is
$63,900.00 - $100,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
