This two-year rotational program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders within L'Oréal USA. Who You Are:

Minimum Requirements:

Expected Graduation Date between Dec 2025 and Aug 2026 with a BA degree or MA degree.

Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Able to start working fulltime starting September 2026.

Willing to relocate to any USA-based office

Who You Are:

Ambitious students currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university who are expected to graduate between December 2025 - July 2026

Trendsetters and innovative thinkers who want to create the beauty that moves the world

No prior industry experience is necessary to apply

Minimum Requirements:

Able to start working fulltime starting September 2026 upon graduation with your bachelor's degree

Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Willing to relocate to any USA-based office that has a Management Trainee opportunity

What You'll Do:

Generate insights and viable recommendations through data analysis across multiple sources

Marry business growth and innovation by creating compelling consumer stories

Work across multiple functions like marketing and operations to influence and develop a cohesive brand strategy

Embrace the opportunity to work with our largest retail partners like Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and Target

Develop a long-term growth strategy to achieve new partnerships:

Work with internal data to generate accurate forecasting of sales volume and new client acquisitions.

Evaluate client growth through the analysis of sales patterns and treatment purchases.

Consistently service salons with education and marketing/treatment strategies to ensure success.

Communicate and implement corporate objectives and programs as designed.

Salary Range : $89,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location)
