Visionary Leadership & Team Coordination: Spearhead dynamic teams to drive innovative design solutions, ensuring exceptional quality and impactful outcomes Engineering Innovation: Collaborate with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical, engineering proposals Strategic Project Mastery: Orchestrate projects with precision, delivering on time and within budget Financial Stewardship & Performance Insight: Navigate project financials with confidence, providing clear insights and ensuring optimal performance at every step Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Forge lasting partnerships, acting as the trusted liaison to guide projects to success and exceed client goals Business Growth & Opportunity Leadership: Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and fueling future success

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks

Pay Range

USD $105,400.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.

Individual compensation within the range will be determined by factors such as work location, relevant experience, job-related skills, and education or training.
