Responsibilities

Imagine a day where you lead dynamic design engineering projects, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions on time and within budget. You'll be at the forefront, crafting technical proposals, managing client relationships, and driving project success, all while shaping the future of our industry through your leadership and expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience

Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities

Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager

Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred

Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes

Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills

Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites

Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks

Pay Range

USD $105,400.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
