Job Description
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE :We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing, Partnership, and Data Analyst to join our Innovations team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital marketing and data analytics capable of developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy to expand the reach of our assistive technology products and learning offerings, provide data analysis associated with various Innovations projects, and coordinate our partnership with an external low-vision social service agency.
This position will report to the Chief Innovation Officer and will be responsible for coordinating the partnership, data analytics and marketing activities related to assistive technologies, including assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, helping to drive sales growth for our assistive technology products, and supporting our partnership with an external social service agency. This role will be responsible for creating content, coordinating outside agencies, performing market research, developing data analysis and KPI dashboards, and ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Data analytics and dashboard development for various projects across the Chicago Lighthouse;
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and print materials;
Writing, editing, and proofreading marketing content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts.
Manage and update the Mytoolsforliving.com website and social media profiles;
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. Report on key metrics and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts;
Registration, venue booking, travel arrangements, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up for the sales and marketing teams;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, design, and customer service, to align marketing efforts;
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies for digital marketing efforts;
Ensure effective internal communication with partners and other internal and external stakeholders;
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for marketing campaigns and sales activities;
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights;
Assist in identifying potential markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (social, SEO, and analytics) and data analytics;
Basic understanding of WordPress CMS;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (HubSpot) software, and Google Analytics;
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
