Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop manufacturing processes, documenting process changes, driving process/fixture improvements, driving lead and cycle time improvements, COQ and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions

Bring new ideas and positive support to the current process

Implement productivity actions in order to improve the process and respect objectives

Resolve issues on situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures

Consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters

Lead and effectively interface with manufacturing and other support teams to complete projects to meet EHS, production, quality, and cost savings goals within schedule and budget

Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are complete and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer/end-user requirements

Interface with vendors and internal contacts in an effective manner to ensure that the technical and EHS perspective is properly conveyed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university ( or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience)

3+ years of experience in Manufacturing & Production

Prior experience with conventual machining, CNC code, EDM
