You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Assisting in the development of requirement analysis, independent government cost estimates, and cost benefit analysis. Assisting in the development of recommendations based on study results and providing management with new information and predicative advice concerning alternatives for resolving operational problems. Coordinating with the program management office to identify program needs to include monitoring the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of all assigned contracts.
